One rotor not working

Evening
New to all this. Got a JRC H8D quadcopter for Christmas. Tried it out twice. 2nd time ditched in a puddle. Dried out for a couple of days. All seemed OK all 4 rotors turning but when I tried to fly it couple of days later only 3 working.
Have changed motor on defective one. Still not working. Would appreciate any ideas at what else could be amiss
Cheers

Dave

Faulty motor, solder job, faulty control board. You could try hooking up one of your known good motors to the board where the bad one is or hook up your new motor motor in a different position where you know the motor works, whichever is easier. That would tell you if the new motor is bad or if the board is bad.
