One motor spinning faster why?

Ok so here is the problem,

I am currently running EMax 40 amp ESC's with emax motors. For some reason when I fire up the quad my motor #2 is running at much more rpm. I take the throttle to about 25% and feel for air under the props and still #2 is putting out much more thrust. Is this an issue with ESC programming? I'm running a Naza lite flight controller with GPS. I know for sure that I am in manual flight mode as well.

Any help here? If I need to program my ESC's then how do I need to do this? The instructions are extremely confusing. I look forward to the help to all!!!

Thanks for the info the video was awesome my only problem is that I'm getting no programming control to my ESC's when I turn it on I get the two beeps followed by a couple more basically just confirming that they are on... I turned my transmitter on first put it at full throttle and then turned on the ESC's... Nothing... Still just the regular beeps I always hear... Aside from that I also disconnected my positive wires going into the flight controller so all I am running is signal and negative... Hope that's ok. I'm almost positive that I have to replace my ESC's... My only reason for that is that I accidentally reversed polarity on my flight controller and cooked the ground wires on three of the four ESC's... The insulation was melted off but the wires stayed in contact I think I might have a resistants issue with the signal I am sending to these ESC's... I might have to start there.

Can you solder? If so you might replace the wires if they are burnt badly. Do they get warm now, if so there is a significant amount
of resistance on the wires, also was this before or after you noticed the problem?

Hi mate calibrate each esc on motor pins but you must have red power wire in to do this , after plug the motors into there correct pins and test
In the naza assist there is a second which shows you what mode your in as you flick the switch for flight modes you will see in real time it change on the screen

Hi mate just use motor pins off board for motor 1 do each one plugged into this set of pins then once all done plug the right motors into the right pins for that motor

Ok so I bought an all in one EMax ESC pretty cool looking and much cleaner on the install my only question is programming throttle range any ideas?

Ok scratch the last reply I was able to get throttle range programmed and the ESC's are extremely responsive and are all turning at what looks like the same rpm... Here's my next problem CG... My frame has squared off ends and getting it to give me an accurate CG is tough... When I take off it still wants to flip over but not nearly as bad as it was before which I think leads me to believe that my CG is off. Any good ideas to try and find CG?

Hi mate this may sound strange but what you can do is use string put through the upper pate of the frame , lift quad and look to see if level, if not move the battery to balance the quad , after put a small mark on quad so you know where the battery needs to be to balance it

Ok CG is spot on and the quad is still flipping over all motors have been calibrated... Any luck on going to an sbus setup going through the dji naza? I'm thinking about going from my receiver to my flight controller with a single lead through the sbuss... Does anyone think that this might help all four motors spin in sequince? I've found that my idle speed is good but when I go to give it throttle motor 1 wants to produce a lot more thrust then any of the other three.... I'm so confused at this point!!!

Hi mate I know it a pain can you swap the ESC over on this motor and see if the problem moves I wonder if the ESC is set up wrong

Haha it's funny u say that... It's an all in one ESC so what I did was swap the motor signal leads going into Naza and believe it or not I didn't have the issue any more... Orientation was screwed up so I still didn't get it off the ground but I did find it weird that the problem did not follow the wiring

So motor is good its the esc then I dont like the 4 in one esc I always use single ESCs
You do know that on the naza the motors numbers run ccw so motor 1 is front right motor 2 is front left motor 3 rear left motor 4 right rear
