I'd kick in $50 or so to your budget and buy a BNF "tiny whoop" style brushed micro compatible with your intended transmitter to get started learning to fly FPV with. It will save you some money in parts and repairs in the long run. I have an Eachine E010S that I still have fun with inside, but there are plenty of options that are cheap, hard to break, and easy and cheap to fix if you do.
