Newbie question for purchase

After seeing some guys of Australian Channel 7 news - showing them racing their "quadcopters" - I decided to look into the sport.

As a starter kit - after checking a truck load of videos on youTube.. I thought the
WL Toys V686 5.8gz to be stable and a good priced buy to start me off.

I cannot find any store in Australia who can supply this model.

Does anybody know such a store - or am I doomed to wait weeks fro delivery from China!

Any help / advice will be appreaciated.
 
http://www.amazon.com.au/ BUT as yet cannot see any quadcopters... seems all boks and stuff.... The USA Amazon - I checked this and most declare NOT shipping to "town" Australia. I suppose they want aussies to use China - because they have trade deals and air delivery deals.... ditto eBay shops in China - all take the same 3 weeks or more to deliver.

most of my stuff I order from in-stock US stores, except one (Christmas present) ordered slow boat, saved a few dollaros.
does Oz have a store called 'Ollie's'? they carry some in the US.
