Newbie needs help with profile in Taranis & Naze32

I'm using a Taranis Plus X9D on an FrSky X8R resiever, and Naze32 VIA SBUS connection. When connected to PC via USB, Baseflight indicates all gimbal and switches i have it configured for appear to work fine,
Both are configured for AETR1234, and i can spin the motors in baseflight, but i can't figure out how to ARM the thing to make it fly. I Realize its most likely some stufpid little setting somewhere that i'm missing, but i've been searching for the problem for weeks, and i'm exasperated, and need help

the SBUS box IS checked.... the link provided above is for a FrSky D4R, and not exactly the same as my X8R.

The receiver portion of Baseflight does indicate it is getting the control inputs from the Taranis, all gimbals and switches indicating correctly. The motors all spin up wonderfully when in Baseflight with battery connected..... for some strange reason that escapes me, it will not arm.....

I'm afraid at this point, I need someone that is willing to use either Skype or Teamviewer to assist me to ensure my settings are correct.
Can anyone help me with this please ?!?! (I do have voice and webcam capability if it helps) Thank you for your time.

Just noticed you're using Baseflight. Things would be so much easier if you switched to Cleanflight. BF is obsolete and unsupported. And arming is very easy to set up in CF. But first, try setting minthrottle to 1050 and mincommand to 1000 and see if that works
