Newbie buying a Quadcopter

Hello, guys.
I am on 1st year of master degree in electronics and I want to participate on automated quadcopter tornament.
It's basically making the quad passing through objects etc.. using autonamous algoritms.

I wanted to buy or build a quadcopter that is robust and good for the best price. I wanted to spend like 100-150€ for all (including batteries,etc...)
The point is to buy gps later and use it too.

I can buy everywhere where I caan pay via paypal, safe and ship to europe ( Portugal ).

Hi mate welcome to forum, the wltoy is cheap and will fly ok , but how are you going to make it fly on its own , To be able to change the FCB to one you can program you need a quad make of single parts , the toy one every thing is on a board so you cant change any parts
