Newb drone decision

Hey guys i have been wanting to get into drones for a long time now but haven't had the wallet for it.

Luckly this year taxes were very kind to me so this is the time to jump in. I have been doing a lot of research and have narrowed it down to a few choice.

I really like the go pro karma and heard it will be back soon but the recall scares me a little but that's the one I really want.

It give me the excuse get get the go pro i have always wanted and it comes with the karma grip that I would also use a lot.

The other ones I'm considering is the dji p3p the mavic and the autel x-star premium.

I just wanted to get everyone opinion on what you guys think of these drones.

Hi mate I do like the phantoms always work well
But the new gopro karma does look the part . Once the recall is done your be good . It like a new car if it has a recall we don't sell the car we just get the recall done

Thanks for your response and I do believe I would get more use out of it just thought since I'm new is post up here and see some experienced drone flyers thoughts on a camera company making a drone with such a fast recall.
 
Well there is 2 ways to look at it , 1- there on there game and not messing if there is a problem , 2- wait a bit longer and see if they bring out a newer version
I have the Phantom 1 never upgraded as it does what I need and want from the quad its a great platform to video from , this guy did a video using the Phantom as the video platform take a look dont forget this is old video and things have got much better now
