New to Quads

Just bought my first quadcopter (an inexpensive one) and finally got it to connect to wi-fi. I was messing with the controls and it took off on me and crashed to the floor. Now it will not connect to wi-fi. The quad's lights are blinking and my iPhone recognizes it, but it won't connect.
Any ideas?

Hope you have fun with it. It sounds like it has a good camera but don't let it get too far away from you or you'll be tree climbing to retrieve it, or worse, a 'fly away'. Maybe your next one could have GPS and return to base (RTB) features.

Thanks but not a whole lot of time to fly in OK. Wind, wind, wind. As soon as it goes up, off it goes with the wind.

Start your flying practice where there is no wind. Indoors is good !
When you go outdoors, stay low (head height) at first (to avoid tree climbing).
Watch some "E99 drone review" videos on Youtube. (This is learning the cheap way. Mistakes are expensive. )

Thanks for the reply. Tried it indoors but it scared the crap out of the dog.
