New Build Help

So I want to build something similar to this http://onlyflyingmachines.com/product/seeker450v2rtf/
BUT I am not going to buy all the fancy features it comes with such as GPS and all that.
So far I have found the same frame, picked out batteries, and found 2 motor choices that I like. The only problem is I don't know anything about finding the ESC and the electronic stuff that will be going onboard. Also I am stuck between using the T Motor 980 and the SunnySky 980. I know the T Motor is more efficient, but I can't seem to find how much more efficient it is. I have tried to use the ecalc but there are so many settings I have no idea what I am doing.
Parts:
Frame: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C593WYU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A25BIGUW7MK12R
Battery: 2 x http://www.amazon.com/Floureon-Heli...18817&sr=8-1&keywords=lipo+battery+11+1v+4500
Motor: Either T motor 980 or Sunny Sky 980
The rest I am unsure of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Only 10-12 mins? On the website he says you can easily get 20 mins of flight time and that's with all the cameras and stuff mounted on there. Shouldn't I be able to get similar, if not more, when there is less weight?
Did you put in that you are using 2 4500mah in parallel?

No mate i didnt i used 1 battery at 4500 ecalc is only a rough guide its never 100% if your using 2 batteries then it will be about 20 mins

Also, I am looking for a controller and corresponding system to control the motors. I would like to be able to do this Link .http://w w w .vimeo.com/61127136. But it's not necessary, Would I need any special controller for this?

Hi mate that guy is the top flyer in Europe , he has done some big mods to the quad Email him and ask him about it he is a nice guy lots of his frames are made by EKS a guy in Sweden the frame is so light , if your on facebook EKS has a page look him up
They are called acro quads and the flying style is called hotdog ( heli guy call it 3d)
There is a quad called invertx 400 and that will fly upside down , For a real 3d quad look at hobby king clone of the stingray i think its call the reaper 500

But Can't any quad fly upside down so long as the props work both ways and you have the right controller? since the Motors are brushless?

Yes but some like the invertx uses a control board that reverses motors as it flips , or the stingray that uses flat blades off a belt drive and servos adjust the pitch its like having a little heli in the corners , and thats what the hobby king clone does
