Need your advice for my first build

I fly around a Hubsan 107c+ for a while and want to move on to something more exciting.
After investigating I have gathered to following components:

• Diatone ZMR Series ZMR180 Carbon Fiber Frame Kit With BEC Board RC Multirotor
• OpenPilot CC3D Atom Mini CC3D FPV Flight Controller CC3D EVO
• DYS 1806 2300KV Brushless Motor
• Gemfan 4045 Bullnose Carbon Nylon 2CW/2CCW 4PCS Propeller Prop for Multicopter
• Turnigy nano-tech 1000mah 3S 25~50C Lipo Pack
• DYS BL16A 16A BLHeli ESC
• Eachine CCD 700TVL 148 Degree Lens FPV Camera
• Skyzone Upgrade TS5823S 40CH 5.8G 200MW AV Transmitter Module RP-SMA Female
• FrSky D4R-II 2.4G 4CH ACCST Telemetry Receiver

The total weight is currently 316 g.
I have the following questions:

1. Can I get other camera like RunCam-PZ0420M-L28-2? What does the angle means? Do you suggest to stick with the Eachine camera or look for PZ0420M based camera?
   
2. Which Radio Controller (Remote control) Do I need?
   
3. What is the cheapest monitor I can find? Do I have to use googles?
   
4. Do I have any more components missing?
   
5. Does this flight controller support self-leveling? (Auto Altitude mode).
