At the risk of being outclassed (again) by someone much more knowledgeable than myself, as long as you have a Spare reciever laying around you can't do much better than that for 120 usd, especially with your situation. Motors are a bit small, 2206 would be nice but other than that it's very competitively priced
 
2400 kv seems strange for 2204, they should be 2300. Does it say anywhere what kind of motors and esc's those are specifically? Make sure the motors aren't going to pull more than 12 amps, but with 5030 props it probably won't. It's too late for me to think properly at the moment but I don't think 100 more rpms per volt will make a huge difference, but who knows how great those esc's are.
 
I've come into contact with a guy who races in my area and he runs his own RC shop. I'm going to go watch the racing tomorrow and find out more info on what he sells. Hopefully I'll come away with an idea of what I'm looking for. Thanks for all your input. I'll post here tomorrow once I get back from the racing.
