Need help with this PDB

I am attempting to build zmr250. After watching lots of build video I figured I can give it a try. Bought my frame first and this PBD came with it. Most videos I've watch don't use this PBD so now I'm lost on how to set it up. Also after looking around for motors, esc and flight controller, I am overwhelmed with all the options out there. What are some suggestions for me to get. I do have a budget for this build so nothing too pricey but I also don't want to be cheap.

Have you tried searching around the internet besides YouTube?
This is a little late, but its best to decide on which items (ESCs, motors, F.C. etc.) you're planning to use before you take the plunge and buy stuff.

I did have a general ideal of which motor, esc and f.c. I want to go with but when I went to look for them I didn't really see them but instead I just saw different kinds. I did search around online but for me watching a video and seeing it happens works better. I get lost reading and looking at pictures just because I'm not use to what all the terms are
