Need Help with Terms

Hi, Looking at the DJI Phantom 4 Pro as my next drone. I saw some terms that I am not familiar with and hoping one or more of you smart people can help me.
What do these terms mean?

Diagonal Distance


Intelligent Flight Modes

Tripod Mode

Hyperlapse

Active Track

Point of Interest

Gesture Mode

Course Lock

Tapfly

Made up definitions:

Diagonal Distance -- Sqrt(A*A+B*B)


Intelligent Flight Modes

Tripod Mode -- Balance on 3 landing legs because the 4th is hanging over an edge.

Hyperlapse -- What prompted me to make this reply.

Active Track -- The opposite of passive track.

Point of Interest -- In this case, drones.

Gesture Mode -- Something I do when it's hard to speak.

Course Lock -- The thing school children dread most.

Tapfly -- Feared biting insect with four propellers.

5 directions of obstacle sensing -- Not quite enough when spelunking.
