Need help wiring 2 led strips?

Picture shows 2 ways to wire n i dont know which way i can do it? Trying to use these 2 leds but dont know how to connect the power wire from one to the other cuz theres not a power in n out like all other strips. They were all connected in this huge pcb. In picture which way can i run power to the other one? Does it have to run in a line like the signal in n out.

Hi why can't you solder to the ground and 5 volt pins just behind the white plug this will power all the LEDs
 
I am running in to the plug but trying to go to another one of these n dont know where to get power to it? Do u mean run 2 red power wires off the led 5v pad on fc. I want to do it like that but dont know if i can.
 
Thats what im asking, if it matters where the power comes from for the led strips. havent seen any vids of led strips without the strip being able to power the next strip so didnt know if the power has to go inline of all leds being hooked up like the signal in n out inline
 
I ran both off the fc 5v n grn pad n it worked so it doesnt matter how u run the 5v n gnd. I just didnt know if they had to be ran like the led signal wire inline like 1 2 3 4 5 6.
