Need Help. My drone freaks out with Video

Hello,
after finishing my build, I went out and did my maiden. Flight wasn't great. My racer freaks out (like vibrations), I really don't know how to fix this issue. I set up new filter, PID tune and more.
Here is the video:
You can hear and see it.

I thought maybe the gyro is broken?
Really need some help.

Iflight Succex-E mini f7
Motor: x2207 2450KV

It sounds a bit like a prop slipping to me would make sure to crank down your props hard to tell from the vid though I see the bounces in the nose when blipping the throttle. Also if somewhat sporadic yaw kicks maybe loosen up the screws on the FC.

My quad did that before. It's a tuning issue. If you can give a screenshot of your PIDS and Filter settings I can take a look. I would suggest doing what Wafflejock suggests first and if that doesn't work, we need to look at your tuning.
