need help! jjrc h8c mobius or wl v262 sj4000?

hi friend, i need your help to choosing my selection. i need quadcopter for photo and video with low budget under $250. so here is my selection :
- jjrc h8c with mobius cam
- wl v262 with sj4000 cam
whats your choise? or you guys have other combination quadcopter and camera? and whats quadcopter ( under $120) can lift or carry the camera like go pro or sjcam?
