Naza M Lite, Flipping Issue ?

Evening all...
Not sure if this is the right section for this, but here it goes.
I have the following setup:
Alien 560 frame
Naza M Lite
TURNIGY Plush 30amp ESC's
Turnigy NTM Prop Drive 28-30S 800KV / 300W Motors
Turnigy TGY-i6 AFHDS Transmitter and 6CH Receiver

Heres what I have done.
Everything is installed (naza unit)
All ESC's are calibrated and all motors spin up at the same time.
I have set up the Naza as per the instruction (told it that I have a quadcopter)
All the motors spin in the motors spin in the correct orientation.
All the props ar on the correct way (clock wise, counter clockwise) and on the correct motors.
I've done the compass calibration (naza dance)
I have the unit in GPS mode (I've also done Altitude & Manual mode) with all the satellites present.

Now here's what's going wrong....
When I go to launch the quad keeps flipping over? and this is when its sat on the ground?

I arm the motors and they all spin at the same time and at what seems to be the same speed.
I then apply a little throttle. You can visible see the aircraft create lift.
Then apply a little more throttle and the back of the craft flips over the front.

I have tried arming then applying a continual amount of throttle... same thing happens.
I even tried arming then applying 3/4 throttle... the same thing happens and screw up a set of props?

PLLLLLEEEASSSE can some one advise whats going on.

Cheers
Zane

Is your basic hookup correct?

Yours would be the Futaba/Hitec.

yep the basic hook up is correct.
I had everything installed previously on a f450 frame.
So I left all the receiver to flight controller cables connected, because I knew they were correct.

Did you recalibrate the emu on a level surface when you installed it on the new quad?

Are any imu errors showing up in the assist sw when you connect it?

Hi Jackson & Ringolong,

When I fire up the control unit on the Naza assist software, its show everything is fine.
I've calibrate all the sticks and everything sits at centre in the assist software.

Jackson: When the Naza was installed on the 450 it ran fine. A little wobble when flying around, but that was down to the props I had needed balancing.

The one thing I thought about last night, was maybe the centre of balance isn't right.
What do you think about maybe it being to heavy on the front, so when all the motors fire up the it lifts the back first and the system can't react quick enough to get the fronts up to speed ??

Cheers for all your assistants ion this

Hi ringolong.
The Alien 560 frame is the biggest bag of crap ever.
Everything on it flexes, all the arms are a different weight, and even when I move stuff around it unbalanced.
Think I might bin it and go back to the 450 or go for another non-foldable frame.

It looks like a good one from what I have seen if it is the same one.

Did you try moving components around until it was balanced?

Hi mate flipping is normally as Jaskson said , are you sure the set up is not back to front , as the back lifts it put more power to the front but as it back to front the back comes up more and it flips over
another this is vibrations upsetting the gyros , but I would go for it being back to front first

honestly just upgrade the firmware on your flight controller. The naza m lite has a very unstable lift off.
naza-upgrade.com/ its free just read the page, flash your flight controller. its beautiful.
