My First Build (Parts)What Am I Missing?

I actually did some research and Im going to build my own quad with the following from Ebay....
I just having trouble choosing a good transmitter and reciever for a build with these components : Is There Anything that I am Missing? Other then A Good battery that will GIve me atleast 20-30 minutes Flight time. and Transmitter and reciever? I need it to be able to return home I do plan on gettin this thing pretty high up for some good aerials for my movie this summer.... Maybe a mile will be good.... If So what do You Suggest?

I think the maximum height for all rc models is 120m = 400ft.. (who checks this tho?)
