Mtech Sky Pro v2 - Help with charging/set up/everything!!

Just bought this quadcopter and the instructions are not very clear. We can't seem to charge properly and we have yet to succeed in getting any power from handset to copter. Can anyone help with any of these issues please? The only way we have power is when batter is plugged into charger AND copter - all lights are flashing (not sure if this is charging or not!). Any help appreciated. Thank you. Jayne.

This video will show you how to get it in the air. You shouldn't have the battery plugged into the quad while charging. Charge the battery with the supplied battery, then put it into the quad.

Thank you. We've already watched this. I think we may have a dudd. We've tried to charge the battery for more than 2 hours but still no result with trying to fly. Nothing happens at all. :-(

No flashing lights on quad? Use a multimeter to check your battery voltage and your charger output voltage.

The lights all flash when battery is in quad and also attached to charger but when I unplug charger - nothing.

Rapid flashing lights only come on when battery is also attached to power socket through charger.

I don't have anything to check battery voltage with :-(. It's brand new - didn't expect to have this much bother! I think it's going back to the shop we bought it from - hoping we'll get a refund and won't buy so spontaneously next time!
