Are all the motors on wltoys the same or are there clockwise and counter clockwise

There are usually clockwise and counter-clockwise, very few are bi-directional. (this is assuming you mean the tiny core-less motors).

I mean the the motors from the v353 they don't have wrote on them what they are I have a spare 1 that I got with the quad when I bought it but I have no idea which direction it is

Are the wires coloured? Try putting a little power to them if they only have two wires and are DC.

Hi mate George is right ,the motor has colour wire to say if they are cw or ccw , but I have swapped motor and reversed wires with no problem
