Motor, ESC, PDB and battery confusion

Hey everyone, I'm just doing research at this point trying to figure out the parts I want, and the interconnectivity of Motors, ESCs, PDB, and batteries with amps, and watts, and volts is REALLY throwing me off....
So The motor I want is the MB 2207 2400kv, according to a video by the only employee of Multicopter Builders that I know of, Rich, The motor produces 1700 g of thrust at 40 amps with a 5S battery (though no mention of prop size if that make a difference).
Awesome, I know I want a 5S battery.
So I also know that I need an ESC that produces at least 40amps, and from what I understand to be on the safest side, get an ESC that can put out a little more than that. So I was thinking 60 amp ESC.
60 * 4 = 180
So my understanding is I need a PDB that supports 180a total. (I'm having a hell of a time locating this...)
And I haven't even looked at 5S batteries yet...
Am I doing this right? If so, why the heck can't I find a PDB that'll support (4) 60amp ESCs
I'm just all sorts of confused.....

What are you building this for? Your build is not very conventional, and the 5S build is going to make the motors, ESCs, and batteries more expensive.

Here are some videos that will hopefully clear the confusion regarding electrical .

No real purpose. Just a fancy toy. I want it to be a little fast and agile, but not concerned about racing our making that a top priority. And I want a longer flight time. Just something to fly around and play with. The frame I chose can handle props of 5-6 inches so I wanted to go with 6. I want to do FPV as well. And maybe attach a lightweight camera from time to time, no big DSLR or anything.
