I’ve seen video from this model and almost always I see the blades in the top corner of the video. A few times I haven’t.

Is the camera adjustable for this purpose?

No. That said what you might be seeing at times has more to do with the angle and/or brightness of the sun. It's probably not the props you are seeing but their shadows flickering across the lens.
 
Hi mate I can see what you mean right from the start left front prop in view i think it's a fixed camera if it is maybe worth popping the case open and make sure the factory fitted the camera right
The other way is to fit a camera and gimbal under the quad
