I would like to apologize in advance if i sound stupid or ridiculous. This is the first time I'm building a drone so I would request experts here to guide me. I'm very impressed by matrix-i from turbo ace and would like to build something having similar features plus some other features. I'm aware its not gonna be cheap but i'll try my best to find alternatives for components. The main purpose will be to capture long distance landscapes in 4k and also to capture my motorcycle rides. Here's the list of features i would like to have:

- 45+ minute flight time
- upto 60 mph speed
- 2+ mile range
- 500m altitude
- follow me feature (i want it to follow me while riding motorcycle)
- return to home if signal is lost
- smooth 4k video with atleast 1.5 mile transmission

I would like to know what are alternatives for U5 t-motor and 40A ESCs with cooling algorithm

Have you looked at the Phantom 4 yet? Might be worth a look before going too far. The same company makes it, but it is a lot cheaper and may capture some things you are interested in. Though for what you are doing it sounds like it might be ok, but perhaps not ideal. No less any worse than most other products or even builds, but I suppose you'll know for sure after reading the specs.

Thanks for the reply. Initially I was inclined towards phantom 4 but I heard their customer service is bad and customers have hard time replacing a defective drone. Otherwise everything about phantom 4 is acceptable to me.

That also makes me wonder if it is possible to modify Phantom 4 for longer flight times and powerful motors?

My apologies for sounding like a noob because I'm one
