Lost My F802

Flying my new F802 quad-rotor helicopter and as I was flying it, it just took off into the air not listing to the controller, I looked to go find it and nothing but should I do it was a great toy but flying off without me hitting anything on the controller is weird I het the return back button and it did not respond to it command

Those things tend to happen. There are a number of posts regarding similar problems with the Hong Tai line up.

Just a reminder for other people, put your phone number (and, if required, FAA Drone registration #) on your Quad Copter before it flys off, and you'll at least have some chance of getting it back!
