Hubsan 501s w/ 901 tx. Quad had been flying perfectly. Tried to fly and quad would not find any gps sats. Recevr says x4gps NA. All readouts show "0". Try to arm motors and readout says Aerocraft no GPS. I have tried to reach Hubsan everyway possible with NO success. Apparently their customer support is non-existent. HELP please

Only 0s are on quad lat/long. All else normal. Will fly in manual mode. My biggest issue is I can't ahold of Hubsan. Customer service really sucks. Anyway - I was Navy 68-76. Thanks for your service.

Hubsan had an online forum and one still shows in their menu.
There were some very knowledgeable members on there and Hubsan reps. Unfortunately it has been down for some time now. OOPS
As I was writing this, I checked it and it is back up. Yippeeee

THe other source is their FaceBook Page. I have never used it. Its not the right vehicle for customer support in my opinion.

The main menu shows FORUM. Then you get a list of quads. Pick yours.
