lost drone.zzl sg906 beast3+

This is a true story, about what happened to my drone. After a month of very happy flying with 3 batteries with my beast drone, it was my fave. The rear left motor failed so perhaps niavely i went to post office to send it back. The women i the post office look dazed and confused.I emailed banggood in china assuming they had recieved the drone, they said they hadn't.I emailed the post office as i discovered my drone only got as far as a southern royal mail depot downt south. They said they didn't have the drone, so i was very upset at this stage.I ask banggood please return it to me an i will attempt repair myself, i even brought the spare arm.Still no joy , both parties deny recieving the drone.I get an email from banggood, who i support heavily and spend hundreds of pounds with every month, and they say we did not authorise you to return model, and warranty is only 30 days.My drone is gone for good, my point being my requests met with total apathy and distain from both companies.I support bangood heavily and they just did not seem to care.I returned 3 batteries also so lost them too.I have since re-ordered drone because i like the model, but at £140 a turn it's a lot of money, and to get no support from the company at all, well it's a travesty and they should help more.I wonder why I continue to support them, with such pathetic customer service. A sad tale. I've bought several items from Banggood but, yes, the customer service is poor. I did try to return one item once but Banggood tried hard to put me off plus made it so expensive that I didn't. I use the company, very occasionally, accepting the risk of a very occasional poor product. If I can pay slightly more from a UK company, I will.

That's banggood for you take your money and then not interested , only buy cheap from banggood then you don't loose lots of money , Amazon have better customer care so I use them all the time

@Robert Kelly

I am not a fan of Banggood. For over 10 years being a drone hobbyist, I bought from Banggood just once, and that was only because they were the only one who was selling it. When the retailer and I are separated by 6000 miles, my trust on their dependability is minimal. And I have to pay for return shipping? When hell freezes over.

That said, this time I am not on your side.

Quotes from your statement..........
1. "The rear left motor failed so perhaps niavely i went to post office to send it back".
2. "they say we did not authorise you to return model"
3. "The women i the post office look dazed and confused"
4. "warranty is only 30 days"

That means you did not make contact with Banggood regarding you problem. You arbitrarily sent the drone back to them without their awareness and consent.
Furthermore, Banggood is just a retailer. They sell drones, among thousands other things. They don't make drones. They are not drone manufacturer, and it's highly unlikely that they have a department to repair drones.
If you told them your problem FIRST, and they agreed to take it back for either refund or repair, then you are gold. But that is not the case.
You lost your drone and I felt for you. But you brought this issue to yourself for not going through the proper steps.

I don't know what procedures Banggood uses for return item.
In Amazon when I told them I was returning an item, they would send me a link to download a Return Authorization Sticker to be placed inside the parcel, and a clearly printed Mailing Address Sticker to be pasted on top of the return parcel. The person at the Post Office will know what to do with the stickers.
You obviously had none of those. Maybe that was why "the women at the post office looked dazed and confused", maybe.

For future reference: Check the seller's return policy and product warranty before making a move.

I am sorry that you have such an aggravating encounter. Perhaps, chalk this one up for "lessons learned".
