littlebee 20a problem

IMG_20170409_172334848-728x1296.jpg Well this is not my first build but it may aswell be. But I have never encountered this problem before. All esc are soldered to the pdb, I can access bl-heli configuration app through the SPF3 also bl-heli suite flash firmware. They beep to say flashed also when I plug the 4S in they beep. But no power seems to be getting to the motors, as I can't test the motors or calibrate. Everything else works like cam/vtx the pdb powers the fcb . Surely all esc can't be dead as all brand new. Maybe questionable for the price £8 each littlebee 20a. Any ideas before I rip it apart folks. Here the last pic I took doesn't say much, I in work at the moment.

Try plugging an ESC directly into the receiver, make sure the props are off. You should be able to get it to startup after some beeps with the throttle channel. If that doesn't work try calibrating the throttle range. If it still doesn't work it may have a bad flash of the firmware, I'd try re-flashing if you couldn't find a power issue.

I bought ten of the littlebee esc. All been OK till now. I have an esc tester. But before I try what you said I will reset the fcb Reflash firmware to the one below . or 14.85 I'm on 14.9.
Should have checked the esc before build but trying to get it going yesterday before work today. The rx on this build is an FS A8S. So only ppm/ibus. Should be able to calibrate without or before the rx is put in. I'm sure I have in past. I normally connect motor to the esc's, solder to pdb then put the fcb on to test. I was in hurry so my mistake was to just build it. Thanks though will try your advice.

So I managed to get off work early & got some practice in with my other quad. I have tried the throttle calibration, still the same, took the fcb off checked all solder joints motor to esc to pdb, a ok.
I already knew this through hours wasted on previous builds. So it's not a power issue as. Eh up I just thought on I have wired my esc up a bit differently as in wiring over the esc to loop it round to leave some length on my motor wires.
Instead of head on. If you get my drift.
So throttle cal is doing nothing now it's back together rx tx is all working with clean flight SPF3 . Vtx/cam is working.
I reflashed all 4 esc in the bl-heli config to 14.85
Saved all, it worked then opened bl-heli suite changed some settings, saved them and all OK. The esc's beep away.
It's when I try to calibrate,
Tick box
Master up
Battery
Master down
No beeps
Then after about 10-15 seconds they as in all 4 esc take it in turns to have a little beep @ me. The only thing I ain't done is ripped it apart & put them esc on a servo tester I got. Still learning but never had any dud parts before & got complacent on testing. But new parts came & I got excited, next thing you know 3 hrs later with a fiddle on the pc, bobs not your uncle. So still open to suggestions please folks

I just found my servo tester and none of the esc work on it. Plugged my battery in & 5v to the tester then each esc turned up to the max, no joy still. Multi meter was out all way through. & very careful. So I think they were toast before I got em.
What is strange is all 4 were in sealed bags like factory new. But all 4 to be duds is strange.

All fur are possibly from the same line. If four in a row were bad they likely have had several DOAs. Do you have a good ESC to check that the throttle input is getting to the ESC in the ESC calibration to make sure the FCB is not messing up on the throttle pass through to calibrate 0 to 0 as the range or some weird event like that? Perhaps trying to calibrate the throttle on the servo tester. Probably right that all for are just DOA. Any way to still get a refund?

I normally pay about £12 for fvt little bee but these were £8 from Germany & been sitting in my draw since February.
It was motors rx frame I got this week. I got an old Simonk esc & a 20a pocket rocket. But I think I will just strip it down after work tonight. The SPF3 was gently taken off another working quad. I calibrated my spare before I went out last night. Suppose I move that onto another but I think it a waste of time as like I said everything seems to be working fine. The motors are beeping basically just no throttle. I tried throttle cal with stick up, but never got any return beeps to throttle down. Maybe 10secs later the intermittent beeps from motors starts.checked all end points. Basically the set up is exactly the same as my other 250 only crammed in a 180. Thanks for the advice friend.
Just gonna order some new one's & stick em in a draw till a rainy day. And yeah I will test everything I buy from now on.
