Lipo battery packs

I have had 2 of these 1300mah 4s lipo 100c packs for almost a month now, flown them on about 10 occasions for around 30 cycles total, and man do these things rip! Tons of power in theses packs and virtually no sag compared to other packs I have flown. I am flying these on an aggressive race quad with 2700kv motors and get 2:30 of hard aggressive racing. When taking it slow and cruising around, these are easily capable of 4-5 minute flight times. Even with these flight times I am still bringing the pack down around 3.7 volts per cell.

Taking your batteries down to 3.7 volts is bad for them, you will get way less life cycles out of them. 3.85v is the prefered landing, that leaves about 40% in them. Also dont charge them and let them sit for days. I have 6 turnigy graphene 4s-1300-65c (btw, there is no battery over 60C rating today) that I bought in Sep 2016, all 6 has 2000+ cycles on them now and still flying, yea, they are not like new batteries, but still work for technical tricks.

With my LOS 5" quad with 2206-2400 motors, I set my timer for 90 seconds, with my normal flying, this gets me close to 3.85v landing, perfect storage voltage. If I really rip it up, I set my timer for 55 seconds. 2700kv is actually quite a bit higher power consumption than 2400kv, so hard ripping would be 40 seconds. Keep in mind, I like my batteries and I dont drain them fully, so ya, I could get more flight time by draining them down farther, but the extra ~30 seconds flight time is not worth it to me harming my batteries.
