KK2 Board - White Display

I have a KK2 board I received from BuddyRC and it is only displaying a white screen. There is no text. I have searched and seen that a lot of people have had this issue but I can't find any solutions. Can anyone info me please?

Hi mate i think the only fix is send it back or try a new lcd screen , check the plug where the screen plugs in
