I brought the above drone, including 3 batts, in sept.with obst avoidance.The transmitter never worked with it, so I wonder will it bind in up to the grey, jumper tranny for £50 on banggood? and is it easy to do this in the menus?otherwise I try sell for spare parts,could buy another but hard to trust quality of model when ya get a dudd.

I am assuming that when you said "transmitter" you were referring to what we call a Controller.

If you care to elaborate as to what you failed to do with the controller, one of us might be able to offer a suggestion or 2. No guarantees.

Your K911 is classified as "Toy drone".
Toy drone's controller is proprietary. That means one has to use the particular controller which was built for and came with the drone. You can switch controllers with another K911 drone, they will work on both drones. But that's it.
Aftermarket transmitters will not work with a toy drone.
