issue with quadcopter

My quadcopters two motors which are opposite to each other are running without transmitter signal it turns on as i plug the battery i dont know wat to do plz help
 
I cannot help you but I will ask you to add more info in order to correctly diagnose your issue.
Please add:
Type of quad
Tx/Rx/FC type
Batteries etc

This will get more people to help you sooner!
 
was this new out of the box? defective means return/replace/refund. did you crash it or something?
do identify the unit, that will help us troubleshoot.
