Is there a copter under £400 with follow-me and GoPro compatibility?

I'm going to buy the new GoPro Hero 5 with the Karma grip and gimbal for £600. I was going to buy the Karma drone as well for an extra £400 but I'm disappointed there's no follow-me or obstacle avoidance.

Are there any alternatives for around £400 or <£400 with follow-me and obstacle avoidance that I could attach the GoPro to?

Portability is a slight necessity for me, but if that's not possible I won't mind too much not having it.

Obviously that's not all I want. I'd like a quad that can be flown or fly itself. An example in which the latter would be useful is for following shots of me on my bike. Is there really anything wrong with that?

The "G" version has a GoPro mounting instead of their camera and it has follow-me, and is under £400. The only problem is reliability seems to be an issue with customers, and the customer service is almost non-existent, according to reviews.
