Is it possible to build an fpv drone within 150 dollars?

Recently, I saw a very interesting question in the FPV community. Is it possible to build an fpv drone within 150 dollars? What do you think of this?
I don't think it's possible。But if you are experienced builder with all the extra odds and ends already on your bench, like offsets and extra lock nuts, solder gun, battery connections, etc. all the nickel and dime stuff that can quickly add to the budget of the project.Maybe there is still some possibility.
 
I've got a Tyro 119 here someone bought for $119 and then shipped to me.
Never got finished. Flown for zero hours.
Is that free, or $119, or
free * zero hours = zero fun, or $119 * zero hours = zero fun?

I mean, if I weren't blind, I could finish it in an afternoon, but if I did fly it, I'd bust it up within 2 minutes

A better question to ask would be, how much will it cost me to build an absolutely indestructible quad, not just one marketed as such because it has indestructible ducts (and everything else is totally destructible).

One indestructible quad, that can cope with the wind outdoors, and you'll never have to buy, build, or fix it or any other..

That's the price you want to know.
