My aim with this system, long range (10km with fpv), high altitude(1000m or more higher),high speed(50-80kmh) and of course long flight time (40-60 minute). I don't want sudden acceleration, sudden maneuverability. If this system is compatible, how fast, altitude etc. If you help me, I'll be very happy. Thanks.

You probably should switch to 430 amp ESCs.
Probably should use the 5200 mAh battery because the 10,000 will not deliver

I stopped there because I noticed your goals, the current system won't do anywhere near that. Your range in any direction will be closer to 300m and your flight time will be about 15 minutes. To do anything like your talking will cost at least 4*current build probably more.

If you really need these specs a fixed wing would work a lot better, you'd just have to upgrade your transmitter and receiver, which will cost around $200 more.

a few sensitive borders around Turkey you could cross with a long range quad like that...
Very true. Also as a disclaimer it is up to individual users to know their local laws, we can only give you advice on how to build it given guidelines you bring up. Many countries have laws regulating long range frequencies and using too much power.
