is bestgear and banggood legit?

I've ordered several times from banggood with no issues and the shipping from their china warehouse hasn't been all that bad. I always spring the extra dollar or two for shipping insurance. I haven't had to use it, but I assume it will help eliminate some of the hassle if I do have a bad experience. As a retailer - they are fine. The issues that people report are either something that happens in transit (shipment goes missing or gets smashed) or due to the quality of the stuff they're selling.
 
Hi I also get stuff from banggood . Had a broken item not there fault came from factory like it Thay replaced item with very little hassle
 
I've bought from Banggood and had good luck. Also bought once and item never arrived. Contacted them and they offered to reorder my item or give me a refund. Took the refund and back in my account in a couple of days. Don't think they have US warehouse. Also have had good luck with Gearbest. No problems. They have some items in a US warehouse.

On the top-left corner of the Gearbest main page, drop down "shop by department" and first on the list is "local warehouse" You can go to their NY or LA warehouse
