I need FC help...again lol

So I recently bought an omnibus betaflight f3 AIO V1.1 FC to replace the broken SP F3 in my eachine wizard x220.

Can anyone point me towards a wiring pinout that can be interpreted by someone who knows no tech jargain what so ever lol, or YouTube video on it.
Secondly: I'm also in the middle of another build which I've decided to go with the F4, looking for one with an osd and would prefer the esc's NOT be built into the FC. There's just SOOOOO many choices out there it makes my eyes want to bleed trying to choose one.
 
I'm quite sure yay could help you on that. What do you mean pin out.? Download the pdf file for it. That will tell you what everything is for.

I know this is going to sound bad but...what exactly is yay? Lol, as I've mentioned before I'm still very new to fpv and mini quads, plus I also happen to suck with computers.

I don't think he she knows either. He's a veritable feast of knowledge on everything but drones I think.
I think I'm long winded, this guy or gal should have been a deciple.
