You could look into a second hand Phantom 1 on eBay, or the Quanum Nova (or clone) might would work well for your need. :)

I was looking for these two drones that you suggested but i couldn't find a second hand dji phantom 1. So then i wnt for the cx 20 or quanum nova (Same) but in 2 weeks their price went up 50€ (~63$). I found some some drones, tell me what you think about them:

http://www.helipal.com/storm-drone-4-v3-flying-platform-rtf.html (Storm drone 4 cc3d/rtf) -329$ (NOT the mini)

http://www.xheli.com/05h103-hex-p3-yellow-rtf-24g.html (Aerosky 550 hexacopter rtf) -250$
Yeah, I noticed that HK raised the price of the Quanum Nova (was much cheaper, like you said, a couple weeks ago). If I had to choose between the two drones you chose, I'd definitely have to go for the Storm Drone, as it's well-built, and should offer plenty of lifting power. The Storm Drone looks like a pretty good deal (I like that it's open and easily serviceable), and should have no problem carrying a gimbal and a GoPro (or equivalent) camera. The gimbal I'd recommend is here (can be shipped quickly through Amazon Prime): http://www.amazon.com/Walkera-Brush...440416390&sr=8-2-spell&keywords=walkra+gimbal

Also (just my personal opinion), I'd stick with quadcopters for now, and not bother with the hexacopters just yet. (I've been flying lots of drones for the last 3 or so years, and I've never had a hexacopter). ;)

And yeah, if i buy the cx 20 or the quanum nova which gimbal do you suggest me? (Something that a starter can put on easily) i am a starter but i have flown rc helicopters many times and now i have a quad which i can fly fine but it cant carry a camera.
The Quanum Nova is actually designed to carry a camera and gimbal, and there are tons of online videos of it. It has lots of lift, so it should be no problem. Here's a gimbal option for the Nova, however, it is kind of overpriced: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...ble_for_Nova_Phantom_QR_X350_and_others_.html

Here's a cheaper option that may work from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Andoer-Brushl...F8&qid=1440417079&sr=8-8&keywords=quanum+nova

Thank you for all of your replies, it really helped me. And shall i buy the storm drone or the cx 20? that walkera gimbal looks nice. Any suggestions?

My personal recommendation would be to buy the Storm Drone, the Walkera gimbal (or equivalent), and a few spare batteries (you'll need 'em). As for batteries, get 1 or 2 packs of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2pcs-11-1V-...ruggy-Hobby-/141610635806?hash=item20f8a6d21e

I heard that with gps you can fly more stable and things like that, and the cx-20 has gps built in and it is cheaper. If i buy the storm drone+gimbal+camera then it will be like 500$+. Oh and btw which action camera is good? Except gopro, i have heard like sj4000 or xiaomi yi. Any others?

The Nova or CX-20 GPS is not very good, so if you want good position holding, I don't recommend it. To fly stable, all you need is a good FCB with gyros and sensors. The Nova is a good deal though, and can be found on amazon cheaper than HK, and with free shipping too. As for the action cams, one of the best cheap ones would be the Mobius Cam (will not fit in gimbal). Check out these links below, as these are all cheap (very nice) GoPro-style cameras that will all fit in the gimbal clamp:
http://www.amazon.com/ANART®-Degree...F8&qid=1440424674&sr=1-20&keywords=action+cam , http://www.amazon.com/GeekPro®-Shoc...TF8&qid=1440424674&sr=1-1&keywords=action+cam , http://www.amazon.com/Neewer-Rechar...TF8&qid=1440424674&sr=1-3&keywords=action+cam - All of these options have very good reviews on Amazon, and if you want to look some more, just type "action cam" into the search bar on Amazon. :)

And what about the sj4000 and the xiaomi yi camera? I thought buying a 1080p 60fps action camera

The cameras I linked to do record in 1080p, 60fps, and are all good options. The cameras you listed are both nice, and would make great options also, but unless you specifically need Wi-Fi capability, I'd recommend buying one in the $40 range without it, such as the ANART.

The ANART is 1080p 15fps, And as i saw the sj4000 is 720p 60fps (not real 60, because it records each frame twice) and the xiaomi yi has true 1080p 60fps

Oh, yeah. Guess I didn't look to close on the ANART. The Xiaomi would be a very nice option though, it gets great reviews, and appears to be built very well.

As i said before i want the storm drone 4 (cc3d) and not the mini, btw the mini looks really good :D
Haha, k, the cc3d will be pretty stable, and as with any you can tune it to be better (or worse) any video with a cc3d will show you what you are looking for.
