I was at an event today, and a DJI Phantom was flying over the people.

I spotted the guy and casually said something about "Part 107." He did not know what I was talking about. Nor did he know what Class E airspace was, though he was in it. "I'm just somebody they pay to take pictures of these events."
 
I hope he takes it to heart and looks up Part 107 and understands Air Space Classifications before he get's tagged by some FAA Guru with a propensity for enforcing the law.

I'm not very good at confronting people. I'm not even all that good at talking to people. And clearly, I was the barefoot brat while he was the expert drone pilot who flew a phantom; I had to leave it up to somebody else.

Well he was the ignorant one. You can't fix the world. Someone will eventually step in his pee pee......lol
