HOW TO BUILD A HEAVY LIFTING DRONE 30+ lbs

Need to design a heavy lift drone or find a good commercial drone on the market.

Would appreciate if someone can help me with a design or recommend one on market

Start off with an octo, 8 arms.
As for motors there is so many but match them with esc's. So it works out 4lb per motor or nearly 2kg. Of thrust on say 75% throttle. So go from there. & looking at least 10inch props. So that's a big ass frame. With a big battery like a 40k mah
Or maybe 2 in series.
 
Thank you for the reply. Nice, Checkout griff 300 on youtube or griffaviation.kom they have drones that can lift 150kg to 800kg. Tell me what you think.
