I got my quad back in the air. I am flying Horizontal mode instead of Rate/Acro mode. And still rolls fast through axis, I have no chance to staying inverted. How do u slow down the roll?

I am currently using cleanflight and my esc’s are already setup to bidirectional for 3D flight.

You can change the speed of flips and rolls by increasing or decreasing your RC Rate. Once you get the speed of roll you like, you may have to play with RC Expo a bit to get the feel you like.

Ya I read it. Just general info doesn't go into details. On pid I set the roll and pitch rate to .25 and yaw to .4.
Then on receiver I set the rc rate to .85 and rc expo to .15.
And forget the horizontal mode. I will fly in acro/rate mode. Let see what happens....

I just came from park flying 3d with this quad. I am one happy man....

My setup....
Acro mode, rc rate to .85, rc expo to .15. On pid settings p=50, i=40, d=30 on roll and pitch.
But p=80, i=40, d=30 on yaw only.
Then right side colume roll and pitch rate to .25 and yaw rate to .40
This setup makes my quad fly very smooth and easily stay inverted. No vib, shake or occillitation. I luv it. Lots half flips and big tic tocs...lol

2 items I really need...

1. 3d props.
2. 4c batteries. I used 3c and not enough pop....
