HK X650f Quadcopter - Flight Issues

I decided to build a quadcopter in my spare time... after 'completion' I decided to test it out, but it would not lift off. Need some suggestions, based on my quad build:
  • HobbyKing X650f frame
  • kk2.1 flight controller
  • Q Brain 4 x 25A ESC (modified the wiring to meet the layout of the kk2.1 controller)
  • 4 x NTM Prop Drive 28-26 1000kv/235w motors
  • 4000mAh Floureon 3s Lipo battery
  • Turnigy TGY-i6 controller
  • 4 x 11" carbon fiber propellers (2 CW & 2 CCW)

Initially I built to quad with 4 x turnigy 30A ESC's all powered through a distribution board, but same issue... wouldn't take off.
All propellers are spinning in the correct direction, the kk2.1 flight controller has been flashed, ESC's have been calibrated... But I still can't get it to take off.

Open to any suggestions!

You said you were motors were spinning in the correct direction but were your props assigned to the right motors? A counterclockwise motor has to have a counterclockwise prop. it stands to reason that if all your motors are powering and throttling up, and it doesn't take off then there's something wrong with your props.
