Yes the best one was the hubsan x4 not the cheapest but flys well the did do an FPV one

I would recommend a sub 250gm model, especially if you are in the UK, because of the rules - the Hubsan is 410gms and a whopping £177.

While I appreciate that there is no simple answer to this, wouldn't something around the £50 level be better to start with?

Yes he would but I cant see what he can get in Spain so what I was showing is what to look for
