Help With Quad Electronics

I have purchased a Aerosky 05H100 Quad. I have motors in place and Turing Esc's. The challenge is how to connect the esc's. The board on the bottom is not very build friendly. I have researched Hobby King for a board that will allow simple connections. I have not purchased batteries yet of chargers or transmitters. I feel that after I connect the esc's , I will purchase a better and charger so I can program Esc's. I really do need an expert to assist in the esc hookups. I also purchased a Hobby King Flight control board(Hobbyking KK2.1.5 Multirotor LCD Flight Control Board With 6050MPU And Atmel 644PA).I think the challenge is to do the connections so as to not have a mess of wires going in 20 directions. I would really appreciate some help.
Thanks Fred

Did you just purchase an Aerosky frame, or an entire kit? Do you have a picture of what you have setup so far? I'm not sure what you mean when you say the board is on the bottom, a picture would really help. Also, if you purchased a kit, did it come with a board and you're replacing it with the KK board, or it has no board and you just got a KK board now? Also, is your issue with the ESC's regarding how you should route the cables, or where to plug the BEC cables into the board?

If you could provide a list of your build (what you have so far), that would really help. Motors, ESC's, frame, board, etc.. Also what kinds of connectors, if any... do you have a power distribution board, or are you building a wiring harness yourself, or did you buy a premade one?

Thanks!

so are you talking about the printed circuit board for the ESC connections? I thought you were talking about the control board. The printed circuit board should be simple if you're okay with soldering. If not, you don't need to use the PCB. You can make your own wiring harness with wire and connectors, or you can buy one of the HK boards or wiring harnesses with connectors already on them. Is that what you're looking for?

If you look at this video by Dennis Baldwin, you can see they intend you to solder the ESC power leads to the shiny square contacts on the integrated distribution board.
The other round holes are mounting points for the arms. According to this link: http://www.xheli.com/05h100-quadcopter-yellow-arf.html
the kit comes with 40A ESCs so the leads are going to be fairly beefy. If you don't have a "solder station" (temperature-controlled), you're going to have a bad time trying to adequately solder those leads down with a "wand" style soldering tool.
Are the ESCs bare-wire (two power leads)? If not, what connectors are on them? Probably 4mm banana at 40Amps.
The HobbyKing power distribution board could probably be mounted to the existing board and it has 3.5mm mini-banana connectors already on it, and an XT-60 power whip going to the battery. It's a killer deal for $5! Otherwise, you need to pursue some solder-less harness solution as MM suggests. The other obvious solution is to invest in a real solder station.
