help with pids please

Hi, I've read a lot about pids and am starting to understand them.

Having just built my first drone and done successful test flight I found that the default pids were massively off. it flighs ok after a bit of adjustments.

It wobbles a bit when decending, should I increase I to solve this?

Also angle mode is really wobbly have decreased p but still no difference.

Does anyone have a similar drone that could send me their pid settings so I have an idea of a roughly where I should be with them.

Dys be1806-2300kv motors
5040 props
Emax 12a Simonk esc
Naze 32 full rev6
200mah turnigy 3s lipo
 
This is a pretty broad topic. There are hundreds of videos on Youtube that explain PID settings and guys who share their personal settings. Also, are youuing Cleanflight? If so, do a search for auto-tune with cleaflight. It's a pretty cool feature if done properly.

That is a common setup, find some PIDs that others have used on similar hardware and go with them. Then as you learn you can tweak them.
 
ok so i have spent a couple of evenings looking at auto tune in cleanflight......ormore specifically looking for auto tune.
I beleive it should be under the modes tab, and to assign it a aux switch. Its not there!!

can anyone point me in the right direction?
