Help tuning eachine 250

Hello so after 937463 problems I got my eachine back in the air again, but not in a glorious way, firstly he started to flip backwards at takeoff and then i searched interned and pids were wrong so i defaulted them, now he lifts with no flips but doesnt have stability neither does it hover, also he keeps coming towards me after i give it throttle. Or he just sways to one or other side. I set horizon mode to be working as my main mode (since it stabilizes the drone) but can I be missing?
Thanks guys. (Btw props motors and fc are correctly installed but i can post some photos aswell). Help meh!
 
Which flight controller do u have and are you tuning with LibrePilot GCS? btw I too have been having a lot of problems getting my eachine Falcon Pro 250 up in the air ever since I attempted to do the cleanflight conversion.

Im onlybusing cleanflight atm, i was using horizon mode perhaps that was the issue, tomorrow im gonna try angle mode to see if he stabilizes

Good Luck with your Falcon, they are great flyers and I hope you can get him flying right again. Check out my post if you get a chance, mine has been stripped down on the work bench for atleast a week now and I want to go fly!!
