help second build all went well in open pilot conf until I get to transmitter

Hello I can't get my transmitter to configure in open pilot. When I get to stick movement I get nothing except a message about 'no throttle response'
I'm using a cc3d flight controller and a Turnigy 9x radio. This is a PPM set-up and have checked wiring several times.
 
Have you calibrated ESCs , sorry don't know much about that board , it the board getting a signal from the ESC normally motor one
 
Actually discovered that my problem was the settings on my transmitter. Now the only problem is the quadcopter flips over after being armed.
 
3 main reason for quad flipping over:
Props on wrong
Incorrect motor rotation
Incorrect flight controller orientation (arrow should be pointing forward)
