Help please

hi, I'm new to quadcopters, I've just finished building a mini 250 quad with naze32 board and eMax bl heli esc's. I've calibrated the esc and everything seems to be good on clean flight. I'm using spectrum dx6itx and Orange 615rx.

Once I'm in clean flight and in the receiver menu controller are fine but as soon as I try to fly yaw is pitch and pitch is yaw. Everything else seems to be correct. Anyone know why this is?

Also when applying more throttle to try take of it will try and pitch forward.

Switch your Elevator and Rudder positions in your mappings.

Go to the command window in cleanflight and type map and hit enter. This should show you your current mappings.


For example if it is this TAER1234 then type map TARE1234 and hit enter.

Type save to write to the controller.
