Hi..just bulit ( say built it's just a load of carbon decks and screws) a 270 mm quad I've installed all the electricory and flight control,naze32, watched countless videos on YouTube and a lot of research on the interweb..think I've set up the naze on cleanflight..got radio in and lipo connected..all good??? My question is, after arming motors, why do the motors start when I move the quad? I know it should happen in flight to keep it level but why do they start when I haven't moved the throttle? It's only the one motor at a time when the gyro picks up movement..cheers from pickled swede

Did you calibrate the radio and naze? It sounds like the naze thinks the sticks are not at 0.

You should be able to check this in cleanflight.

Just to let you know it's all sorted..there was a slider on cleanflight that needed to be activated..all I would like now is a calm and relatively dry day for its maiden flight ( fat chance in the UK this time of year ) hope to be on here again shortly with pictures of flight tests..just hope the PID settings go well, fingers crossed

Sunny UK tday but it's soggy as muck . May go the train stations big car park after work. Short circuit something in the wet or break an arm on the hard stuff. I'll take the latter.
