Help me for my uni contest!

Hello everyone!

Me and my friends are joining a contest between universities. In this contest, we need to make a quadcopter that can carry a 300 gram weight for 10 minutes. My team gave everyone the task of researching parts and designing a simple less than 3 kg quadcopter. I already tried lots of combinations on ecalc.ch but they all sucked. Can you give me some part recommendations or basically any type of recommendation that will help?

Any help will be appreciated!

A 350 will be ok but your prop size can't be to big on that frame , put a list together post it on here the guys will let you know if you need to change things
Thinking out of the box does it have to be a quad what about a hex or a octicopter more motors more lift

I told my friends the same thing actually it doesn't have to be a quadcopter but they said for our first build we need to start from something a little bit less complicated therefore we're going with a quadcopter. It can be bigger than 350 around 450 as well.
