Help me build this Sky Terror.

I got the following kit for christmas from my family: http://www.getfpv.com/blast-quadcopter.html
They also got me the Spektrum DX6 Controller
They didn't realize it didn't come with all the parts necessary to build, so I saved up and bought all the suggested parts in the link I posted to finish the quad. I bought the 4 motors, 4 ESC, the props, battery and a EMAX skyline 32 FC. (and battery charger)

The "Instructions" for the kit were.... lacking. I have been flying a few out of the box quads for over a year now, and thought it would be great to build my own(especially one that shoots nerf darts). But I had no idea how big of an undertaking this was going to be. I'm a software dev, and have some decent experience with electronics but I can't seem to find how all this stuff goes together.

Does anyone have any helpful links on how to combine all these electronics I have into a terrifying disk shooting sky hawk that I can harass friends, and family with? I'm lost on how to pair the DX6 with its (reciever?) and plug that into the flight controller. And I haven't really found any helpful tutorials on how to go about this.

Thanks in advance,
Lencalot

Alright this was a much larger task than I had previously thought. Thank you for these videos they have been a huge help. I have an issue I hope one of you can help me with.

So I own the following motors : http://www.getfpv.com/fx2216-11-900kv-v2.html
And the following ESC: http://www.getfpv.com/lumenier-30-amp-esc-w-simonk-autoshot-firmware.html

Both have 3 black wires that need to be connected. I have looked a lot of places and read that so long as 2 motors are wired the same, and then the other 2 have 2 wires swapped then I will get the desired CW and CCW motor spin. Can anyone confirm this/ help me understand how that works?

Also is there a certain way I need to arrange my CW and CCW motors? what I mean is does the front left motor need to be a CW or CCW for a specific flight controller? Or should that not be an issue?

Your front left & right rear motors will rotate clockwise, front right & left rear will be counterclockwise. Once you have evrything set up, if a motor is spinning the wrong direction, yes just switch any 2 black wires. A CCW motor has CW (normal) threads for the nuts, and visa versa for the CW motors. This is to prevent the nuts from backing out

All four of my motors have the same configuration(suggested build parts) will some lock tight prevent them from backing out?
I'd just use nylon inserts, but lock-tite would work, however you have to let it cure so if you break a prop on the field it won't do you any good to add it.
